Boom box brands

So...I'm on the look to buy a boom box.

I know a couple of cool brands, but I want to know which is the best site that lists all the vintage brands with images, in a easy to way to navigate.

I don't think there's any definitive free online resource, two of the best ones to have a hunt around are these two:

Try not to give too much weight to the commentary on pocketcalculatorshow though, it was written quite a while
ago and isn't as informed as it once was.

But most of us here found those two sites before finding this community I'd say.

What's the deal with all those Japanese sites? There are grails listed there which seem to be ridiculously cheap?
What is it that keeps everyone from buying them???
