Blasting At The Work Xmas Party

Had our work xmas party tonight and I thought I'd take a nice little radio along to provide some background tunes for the evening's festivities.

Started out with a bunch of festive favourites and old standards playing through my iPad, but ended up cranking a bunch of electro synthpop tapes I'd recorded for the walk to work for most of the evening.

Good times indeed!

Good choice on BBX, Im taking a box in on my last day of work. I want somthing easy to carry, not too heavy, but with a good loud sound, line in, and not somthing worth a fortune but at the same time a looker with a bit of character.
I think this will do..... my Hitachi CX W800 along with an ipod full of christmas crackers.

I did crank some power at the end of the night, maybe half volume. Which is brutal on the JC-2000. She's got a LOT of thudding bass!!

I didn't draw my new avatar, an artist/cartoonist friend drew it for me. I've always loved her work, so it was a big honour to get drawn by her!
