That's pretty neat! Does it have to be powered by USB in order to use it - or - can it be charged by USB and used without a handy power source?

These are great...I use mine to play audio from a Blackberry or a laptop with built in bluetooth. It's nice not to have to be physically tethered to the boombox...just beam over the sound!

I'm listening to internet radio right now on the GF1000 - the signal is being sent from my laptop (while kicking back on the couch) over to the the music gateway/GF1000 about 20 feet away.

Fatdog - No battery built in, so it needs a power source.
