I decided to watch a bit of cheese on tv last night :-D it was a show on crimbo songs from the 70's til present day. Anyway I'm always on the look out for boxes lol, spotted a gf 9090 in jona lewie's stop the cavalry song lol. It sits in his studio in the 1980 uk number 3 hit. But the most bizarre thing is, he still has it over 30 years later. He was giving a short interview about the song from what looks like his home, and I spotted it amongst all his junk lol. Here's the pics below, the top pic is a pic of the original song in 1980, and the bottom one is the recent interview. Can't believe he still has the 9090.

Looks like the big reel to reel is still there as well.

I've often wondered what happened to him, haven't heard his name for years.

Yeah I think he may be a hoarder :yes: not sure what's happened to him, but I thought he was s**t lol :lol:

I thought that he and BA Robertson were both s**t! Worst thing about that Jona Lewie was that you'd always find him in the bedroom at parties. :lol:

The royalties are still rolling in for Christmas.

I wonder if he's still got that Minimoog.

Edit: I think you mean kitchen Beosystem10, if he's in the bedroom he'd be doing alright. He's nearly 70. LOL.

Yep I agree Terry, I just never liked his voice I found it boring :yes: as for the Minimoog, I'd bet all my boxes he still has it :-)
