Beware of this ebay seller....

I hate to do this to an ebay seller but this guy is advertising an M70 using a picture I took of my M70 in my front yard. As soon as I saw his add I recognized my picture but I checked my past post just to make sure and I was right. If he is using fake photos can you trust the condition of the box?...here is the link...

I've had people use my photos before and reported them.

you should email him and ask him wtf right he has to show any photos of your home without your permission.
then turn him over to ebay.

This is fraud. If its not his box, it is not what the auction is for!!!

Don't know why he would do that. The other 3 pictures seem way more clear so the first one on the front yard wouldn't be be helpful, in my opinion.

Also, seems he hasn't been active for 18 months so I question whether that is a hacked account.

I sent him an email via ebay and asked him to remove my picture and I would report him to ebay. He sent a reply asking who I was. I will wait and see if he removes my pic. Like Norm said the pic he stole wasn't the greatest quality so I am not sure why he would steal it. It just makes me wonder what else may be false in his ad....

Dont rule out that it is just a picture outside on a beautiful day he found to get attention from eBayers!
