Best Amp Chip Thermal Paste

I've done a few PC chips in my life but never an amp chip. Can anyone recommend a paste? Conductive or Non Conductive? At a loss here

It's called thermal grease or heatsink grease, you can buy it on eBay and most brands will do the job .

You'll need Non conductive - it's not electrically conductive but is heat conductive - like Dow 340.

Yes it's made from zinc oxide and polydimethylsiloxane.
