Hello. I just managed to get a bunch of boxes from a guy who was downsizing. All the cassette decks seem to need belts. Does anybody know a good place to order belts from? Thanks. I'm a rookie at doing repairs but guess doing it is the only way to learn.thumbnail.jpeg

studiosoundelectronics.com has been mentioned recently - I got a really nice belt hooky tool from them. I started a thread on this not too long ago (those 50pc assorted belt kits..), but I'm in the UK and looking to buy from here. Nice Aiwa there i spotted! the jaws inspired wave edition i like to think

Thanks. I’ll check those out to start. Yeah the awai is nice but the worst of the bunch. Sound is coming out very low. Needs a very good cleaning as well. Think I’ll start with the ones that just need belts.

Glad you got an answer Dona, btw you have the carbon clone of our dog (a Chug). A Chihuahua/Pug, ours looks as not happy as yours when we dress him up!

If you can find japan sellers on ebay you can score real deal quality belts in assorted sizes for a great price.
