Last few days i was reading some posts here about Hitachi's 3D here (Isolator rulez !). Ive spend myself few years with one of them back in the years ;) . And ive decided : must have one. Found one in local listings... No photos... Just gave a call to the seller and he told me "yea it is in very good condition just with missing handle" so i ve ordered it . Today ive got a "package" -just one layer of bubble wrap over the box :-O . Anyway, no broken parts from posting, but really old , hard used non workin 3D7 :-/ . Broken aerial and pause button as well :sadno: . Anyway the price was 30 euro and i ve managed to run the radio and the tape, the man was sounding like needing the cash :'-( .... So ill keep it and make it shed radio or probably for some part spender later. Thats one more plus for the theory "all 3D' s had a hard live and used to the limits". So they should have a "Worked hard grails" status  .

Cool box, we need beaters for use and this looks ideal.

I passed one of these up about 2 years ago at the flea, wish I hadn't but I think we've all done that once or twice.

No worry Roman dont keep it for me. Thanks. Somebody else can be happy with this one. Its a nice garden radio with nice sound and tough plastic  .

Same line-in procedure like the 3D2... took me some time to figure that out.
Recently I got myself a 3D8 - almost minty :-D Only radio reception is not the best.

some boxes have only "line in", but no "aux" :-/
The discription is sometimes wrong.

I always look for a own position at the selector switch.
Is there non, so only recording in
