awesome boombox power mods

so i took an old makita 12 volt battery and charger and made myself a boombox that will run longer and cheaper than with constantly buying batteries and it turned out great and still runs on ac power as well.

then came the part to install the battery holder

then came the power connections

and the final results

she works great and it's actually lighter than with the 10 d cells .

Next try it with a Lithium Ion battery, they last a lot longer.

I did lithium ion power. Works great, and lasts quite a while. I've used the packs in my rx5050, rx-cs780, and rc-550jw
