I guess the best thing would be to ask a company to cut a new one or perhaps 3d printing?
Or is there anything one can do to fix the crack without it being that visible afterwards?

There’s no invisible fix, as far as I know, there’s no true clear 3-D print material either. A plastic company can cut you a new one and router relief the edges so the window area is proud but the current hidden edge with all the edges & curves will be hard or expensive to reproduce but since it’s hidden, probably unnecessary to reproduce 100% true.

Yeah, i would think so too. Since its only the edges that are angle cut is should be relatively easy. I made a few inquiries already. The hidden parts that will be glued dont matter at all. Acrylic or plexi glass would be best material
