Anyone know where this black wire goes?

Seems when i opened box it was detached just flapping around.

I circled it on someone else's pic looks like it goes to green board but can't find any pics on exact location

If you inspect the solder blobs on that board with a magnifying glass you might be able to see where the wire was attached.

It looks like it was attached to that really large circuit board Trace. The one that's bigger than the others on that board.

it probably a ground to the rear case shielding.

If it's a spade connector it shouldn't be crazy hard to find.
You're lucky it didn't short anything out.
Like hopey said, black is usually a ground.

It has spade on the side that's connected other end just hanging in the wind looks like it was maybe soldered to green board but where is my question? Lol

Post a pic of the inside area of the back cover. It might go to a female socket connected to an Al grounding plate or foil.

I thought the picture you were showing was the loose end, I couldn't tell it was a connected spade connector.
I've never had one of these boxes.
The length of the wire should give you a general idea of where it goes.
Get a magnifying glass and start looking.
The solder will most likely have the broken wires sticking out of it.
