Anyone know a good repair person in Toronto area?

My JVC M70 has some very bad scratchy noises when moving the volume sliders, and the things I have tried do not work. Looking for someone who can do a quality job fixing this and also the rca inputs. Bonus if they can also install an led kit.

You have any hands on electrical skills? If so, most of us would, refer you to fellow member Superdupers site, analogalley.com he sells an LED kit and rebuilds the slider boards.

If he's got time, I believe you can pay him to do it all, but there's the added cost of shipping, which from Toronto might cost a pretty penny.

That's a good idea. If you don't want to ship, look for a TV repair shop in your area.
