No, he's talking about this, it's a re-badged Silver SR-8000. It has 10 watts per channel RMS (minimum), and sounds fantastic.

That's the level almost every boombox was tested at, except for certain Pioneers, Telefunkens, etc.
Had they tested at only 5% or 1% distortion, they wouldn't have gotten as much power out of it.
It's just a marketing decision.
