I know someone on Stereo2go had one.
They said it was pretty good sounding.

the description/advertisment says all the electronic is horizontal at the bottom of the box, not vertical in the back
so the speakers/sound will have more space

Is an ok sounding radio, I mean Toshiba better sounding ones and as the fellas here mention it is bass shy, Is more like a flat bass nothing deep, However it does look good to have and see. Is good for easy listening.

Looks very fully featured, I'd wager it's one of those radios that's reasonably small but has a LOT packed in.
Definitely a high end model too, you certainly don't see many Toshiba portables with digital tuners.
I'd certainly like hear more about this model, for sure.
Just to add, I've never seen one on yahoo.jp in the last year or so of looking, I'd definitely have remembered that one.
