Antenna screw size?

Anybody have some of those small antenna screws or know the correct size? The ones that hold the rod to the post.

I seem to remember having problems with substitute screws without a shoulder.
The head needs to be small enough to fit into the pocket too.
For less money you can buy a whole antenna with the exact screw you need

I measured a couple on my radios, it needs to be about 3.9 - 4.1mm.
