Another import question, what does this mean?

This is from the USPS tracking service for the box ive bought from the US and is being delivered to the UK
What does the line below mean? have they have tried to deliver to my house? no cards been left

Or, has it just moved from one department of customs to another and has been stopped because theres import duty to pay

Yep, a delivery attempt was made, but not necessarily your address. If you never received a card or notice, I'd shuffle down to the post office and ask.

Hey Terry, yeah the sorting office is open for like an hour on Saturday morning, i cant get there on a week day cos of work. Mate, i,d be there right now banging on the door if they if they were open now
