Amazed by the D 8514.

I said the 8514 was close to the 8614, but I think I may have to retract that comment after today's experiment its no way as close, I have to say the 8614 handle's ever kinda music better with ease, blows the other two boxes out of the water. Going to buy another and do do something real radical.

I totally agree on the 8614 it really does have unbelievable sound for a mid size box, that's why it's my personal grail I would love a second one myself and will be on the look out when I get on my feet. Before I consider buying anymore boxes I have debts to pay would love to know what your radical idea is with the second 8614

Thinking of replacing the horn tweeter for a soft dome tweeter and a bass reflex mid woofer, should improve the sound IMO hopefully should give it more bass whight.
