Actually, it's only 2 small speakers plus, as Tim would say, 2 "FAKE" speakers. We call them passive radiators over here though.

Norm you are spot on the two inner speakers are passive radiators, good ones though as they have rubber surrounds.

You are correct mate these boxes i think people expect them to be the same size as a 777 but one must remember the speakers are only 5 inches so i would say the 909 was 3 quarters the size of rhe 777 possibly smaller but they are quite heavy for there size i think they way in at 11kg if im not mistaken.

Well guys she arrived today packed in a big enough box for 2 m90,s lol

she needs work but i have her playing now, in play mode she was as wonky as can be but a good cleaning of the capstan bar sorted that out she needs a new rewind belt wich im about t replace and the switches need going over with some spray but that's about it, also im gunna replace the missing top and switches with my spair ones.

I havn't used a box in ages but getting this one up and running is going to be a REAL pleasure.

TOTALLY AGREE with you freddie i mean taking one of these apart is a mammoth task, let alone doing it at 245 am

i will be scared to turn her on at first i have done these before but the last one went pop wich was about 2 yrs ago.

I just want to hear this BABY sing
