Akai AJ-W211 what would you people price this at what should i offer look at the body damage

what should i offer for this boombox the lady wants 50$ its fully functional but the body damage is not listed in the add comes with original manual i dont feel its worth 50$ with the face of it looking so rough but im no pro at placing value so i need someones input akai.JPGakai2.JPG

I won't go for more than say $10.

Better don't buy it.

Don't waste your money!

It is very hard to fix if anything happens to the deck. It sounds bad too..

This is not from the high quality Akai times...80s.

thats what i was thinking thanks for the info people seem to think that any boombox from the 80s is worth a million dollars around here i was hoping that it was the quality that akai is normally known for with their mpc drum machines but i guess not you saved me 50$ thanks so much for that cheers homie

Buy this and you'll regret it as your eyes will always be drawn to the damage. A little patience can be rewarding when building a collection. :yes:

i was already bothered by the damage just in the photograph and i agree with you patience is key i dont want to end up with a bunch of junk boomboxes but i dont mind buying ones in need of some internal tlc i like learning to repair them but cosmetically id like them to be next to mint condition
