A lot of people don't have time to learn another language, let alone French!

OK, Stupid question....

Do the French people have interests in vintage Boomboxes? Have you found other collectors?

"Let alone French" : very stupid

I think France has a lot of collectors (and I'm not the only franch people in Boomboxery) but I have not found a website speciazed.

I think you'll find boombox collectors all over. I've seen a lot of advertising material from Germany and France - much more than I've seen for other markets.

I think you'll do well with your new site particularly with French natives who are sick of having to read English text. :-)

Nice collection!

That box was made by the same people who made the Clairtone 7979

Another nice box....it's based on the GE 3-5286 but has more bass
That Wilco is on my short list of MUST HAVES!
Yep I'd love one too - there is something about a box with real metal trims - the chromed plastic trims just can't match the brushed metal look. It's a pity the Wilco is such a poor performer.

It's an "OK" box, but you're right, the quality is not the best. I've owned 4 versions/AKA's of that box, and all 4 had technical problems, like bad tuners, weak tweeters, and imbalanced sound
