Two at a time is best but ya have to do 'that move' when going though doorways so you don't accidently whack one. :w00t: hemiguy, i was whipped after lugging them back and fourth from the second floor of the house to the back yard.

Ira, its the 'big dogs only' table for sure. I was smiling the whole time. :-D

Ok Freddie, you bring it buddy! But, two rules.... Only 10. All stock.    :w00t: :-P

Now THAT is what I call a "picnic spread!" :w00t: My, oh my! Look at all those fabulous boxes. I hope I get to see them again at the next Sunshine Mix. I never really had a chance to sit down with one last time - too many other people hoggin' them. :-D

I think I'd donate an internal organ from my body to own one of those CK boxes - especially the one with the reverb unit.

Thanks, Brett!

Hi Prime as you know I was drooling over these Pioneers at the meet-I've yet to locate a nice rare ones like you have.
That's an incredible collection there!!
I have 2 VC PC55's 1 is a JW the other is a C!
I've been looking for a Pioneer but they are rare!!
Nice shot!
BTW-I'm going to take a night shot with my Pioneer SX-V-90 home unit-killer output display for you to check out tonight!
Have a great Sunday-GB. :-) :-D   :-O  :surf:  :agree:

And all battery powered. No cheesy power amp accessories!!!

Wait...I had to edit this, our collections match each other too closely...

The PC-55 wouldn't matter as you have one as well. So, no Telefunken, Pioneer CK-5F, RX-C100, No RX-C300 either. :-D

Lessee what else I have....

The Sanyo C-9 only has a speaker mod. Doesn't help it a lick power wise. All the guts are all stock. :-D

Hey thanks to everyone for the compliments! Its been a lot of fun(and a good time killer) seeking them out
and playing them over the years. The pioneers became an obsession after I got the first one. I have eight of them, six complete, two for parts. The large surface area of the woofers combined with the relatively high output of the amplifier make these units very potent! The woofers resonate hard around 30 - 40 hz for a very impressive (shock wave!)deep bass experience.

Hey Freddie, the big CK-11 amp is legal, in my head of course. While ON the mains, I get 30 wrms per channel.
While OFF the mains, the upper amp still gets power from the battery pack on the tape deck, which gives me
something less than 12.5 wrms per channel. All you have to do is switch the speaker plugs on the back and off you
go. It does weigh a ton, but so does a Sony FH-7 with the optional(but incredibly impractical) EBP-78 dc unit. ;-)

Yep, Prime....on battery power we're just ordinary citizens. But...give us some AC power and we could take over the world!!! (We'd have to invite Lopez as well. He has some killer stock too.)

My contenders that aren't in your collection would be:

Sharp WF-939z
Sansui CP-99W
Fisher PH-480 (Soon to be gone though.)
Sansui CP-7
Sansui CP-5
Sony FH-5
Sanyo C-9
Vector VMC-100 (Looks Like a PC-11, but definitely no PC-11.)
Panasonic RX-DT-680

and of course...The Sharp GX-300H!!!

How's that for 500+ pounds of ammo? :-D

Thats a lot of ammo you have there. Big bullets for sure! I think the GX-300 was Sharp's best effort imo.

I need to get one of those Sansui CP-7s in silver. All I have is a bunch of black CP-7s just lying around that nobody wants... :-P
