I've been after a quality Sanyo mini for a while and eventually I've bagged one :thumbsup: And, as usual, I've not paid much :lol:

It feels really quality and is surprisingly heavy, unlike a lot of small boxes that just feel lightweight and cheap. The sound is pretty good for a mini and I think its a real beauty...a nice addition to my collection I reckon :yes:

Si is that the one that was propped uo with a cassette? if it was i was going to have a punt on it and forgot :dunce:

It looks 10x better now you have it, im genuinely glad you got it and its now in the family :thumbsup:

It is really thin and small, it was tricky to work on as everything was jammed in so tight! I gave it a good clean and detailing tho it wasn't really very dirty to be fair :-)

Aye it was, thanks mate...auction ended after midnight on a weekday, had a crappy picture and was sold as completely untested...just the sort of auction I love LOL! :-D I always do a last second bid but I couldn't be bothered to stay up late so just put in a low bid and went to sleep. Seller had turned down an offer for twice what I paid but didn't seem too upset, seemed a decent bloke :-)

Does look loads better than the eBay pic but it honestly didn't need much cleaning, still did a strip down clean tho just cos I like mine to be really really clean :yes: :-D Very pleased with it as I had a real craving for a quality mini and the blue is just popping :thumbsup:

Those are great looking feature packed boxes... Too damn bad they don't sound all that good - at least, not to me.

I also don't like the fact that you've gotta have the record mechanism engaged in order to hear the line-in source. :thumbsdown:
