If anyone of those persons can be recognized, that will be a road to the Akai Design office?

I wrote James Wong at Lasonic to introduce the project and remind him of our visit in 2011. Haven't heard back from him. Gonna give him a call tomorrow to follow up. Do you remember Albert's last name (I don't think it's Lasonic ;))? :hmmm:

It looks like my lead isn't going to pan out. It's a friend of a friend and she's going to Taiwan on business so can't spend any time tracking down Hong-Shie Chen. :sad:

I'm not giving up on this solid lead, though. Are there any Taiwanese members here?

Yup, I've seen that one and many more. Once you learn how to search the patent databases, there are many in there. I've been compiling a master list.

I've found over 20 boxes and I'm sure there are more. If anyone wants to help out I'll post up a link to the Google spreadsheet and search instructions.
