Diagnosing Tuner Board questions

I have two Lasonic TRC-920's with dead tuner boards. There are no schematic's for this radio. Does anyone have any idea on the best way to trace my way through a PC board or are there common tuner issues to look for. What I have figured out: Both tuners are getting power and have grounds. The...
