My JVC 3090 TV boom box which had the TV equivalent of a cataract ( retrace lines ) has been rejuvenated into a cathode ray sound visualiser which uses any sound source from the JVC itself and turns it into lines on screen ( see video )

Inside my newly acquired JVC 3090EN I found an after market modification which I think is an AM radio hack or possibly a TV mod, you see my CRT on the box is borked at the moment and I wanted to see what's what... and when I saw that hideous...
I'm looking to fix my JVC 3090EN ( Black ) as it's got a wonky CRT, I was hoping to bypass the tuner and tap a video composite signal into the output of the RF chip before it reaches the tube... anyway I might be able to wing it without, but a manual would be a boon, cheers.
