I found this Citizen 1270 for sale on Kijiji & in mostly working condition about 3 years ago. I managed to iron out a few minor kinks to get it fully working again & sounding great. It's a large blaster with 7" woofers, tweeters & a mechanical key type tape deck that was set using WFGUI & a 3000Hz test tape. Azimuth(head alignment) was also dialed in for crisp, balanced, full range sound & it runs perfect too. There's also Line-in/Out to connect another tape deck, MP3 or Bluetooth audio device using RCA jacks on the back of the cabinet. You can also adjust tape speed by removing the back panel & adjusting the set screw directly on the back of the motor. You can see it facing out when the back panel is removed & is easy to adjust.
