So this BBX is fully functional. I recieved this from old member Johnny. At the time the dial light was out, the deck not functioning and it would not turn off. Thanks to member Norm ( Superduper ) I got this baby fully working, replacing belts, dial light, resistor and a couple caps. I had to reclean belts and deck and viola fully working
