Qt-93 Repair Help

I am trying to fix my dads old QT-93. The right side works great but the left side is fuzzy and you can barely hear it. I have tried demagnetizing the head, swapped the bands and torn it pretty well apart without finding any obvious issues. Does anyone have any suggestions? TIA

The eq can be cleaned down with alcohol and Cotton tips.
