Love the CD player. My very 1st CD player was this exact Sony in red. I mowed a lot of lawns and saved all my birthday money to buy one in 1991 when I was 11. Wonder what I ever did with that thing. My first CD was Nirvana's "Nevermind".

They made 2 verisions of the HPM-100
100 WATT
200 WATT.

Mine are the 200watt. These are like 1000 watt speakers of today !

Hello, just an update:

Well today my woodworker sent me a pic of the speaker stands for my HPM-100's.
These still need to be finished with Danish oil.
These are 100% walnut wood.
Heres a quick 'unfinished' pic.
