JVC M90 screws and switch cap

Oh maybee, cause then i can test the fitting of the caps. Have ideas to recreate.
With a original switch in my hands its much easier to try and figure out. The dimensions i can measure by myself to
adjust here and there a little.....blue_fuz has get only an example to see if the cutted groove is wide enough.
i cutted the groove with 1.15mm but its seems its to tight. The Problem is, its aluminium, its also possible to take brass or other materials.
Brass ist good for a "Gold edition". Normally its only possible in an injection mold. Metal is more difficult, cause the material isnt strechtachble and flexible.
Thats the big challenge. You need special tools, and all tools are have to developed first . And the question is then: Is it sucsessfull?
Try and error. It need some time to create a satisfying solution, but thats exactly what i like

but without to trying it out, i can nothing say about it......
