Lol, people are clueless.
I love the descriptions on ebay, most are "Rare" or a "Holy Grail".

*Cassette player doesn't work.
"It probably just needs some belts."
They have no idea how easy or hard it is to get to them not to mention figuring out the correct size, especially if the old ones aren't there.
Of course, maybe they turned into tar which is stuck in the grooves of the pullies and/or got slung all over the place.
Then when you get inside, you find the motor isn't working, lol.
Is it the motor or maybe a capacitor, resistor, transistor, diode or something else?
It just needs belts, yeah right.

*The volume, bass and treble knobs scratch like crazy or don't work at all.
"They probably just need a spritz of Deoxit."

*The antenna and it's base got ripped out by a gorilla that escaped from the zoo.
"They're easy to replace, you can get them on ebay or Amazon."

"With a little work, this can be like new".

Then they act like they're doing you a favor ONLY asking $1000.

Both tape deck play but neither will rewind or fast forward. Should be an easy fix.

I bought this a few years back as a project and still somewhat is a project.
