I opened up my TRC 931 to do a cleaning. After blowing dust out I found this white plastic washer with a spring laying near the deck a opening. 
After putting everything back together deck A doesn't work. It plays for a second then reverses sides. Plays again then reverses. When I eject the tape some of the tape is hanging loose. I guess this plastic has something to do with it? Does anyone know where it goes?? I tried to look everywhere. Appreciate any help!!
