Finally fully restored and in 100% working order

After more than a year and a half from when I found it on the flea for a bargain, I managed to find some time to restoring and cleaning this beauty. Radio FM section is very good, it catches all local stations clearly. The deck is one of the easiest to work on it, I had to change one idler tire and all three rubbers. I also had to replace the burned out tuner light bulb with the led lights and that's all. I am surprised of the sound quality, the bass is very deep and the overall sound quality is very close to that of M70. Here is some pics

No, the knobs are plastic. I didn't know that the knobs on the 850 are metal!!!

Actually, the badge says 20cm, so that's 8"

And the 850L has metal knobs, but not the 850F.

Perfect one piece box: Large size, big 8 inch drivers with big chrome caps, plenty of chrome, twin antennas, lots of LEDs, pots galore (no sliders) and a great sound!!
