Sharp Qt-93 Repair part 2

I posted a short while ago about repairing an old Sharp Qt-93 and I think I was able to diagnose that problem, I'm just waiting for access to a soldering iron to be able to finish it, thanks to everyone who read or commented!



Now I'm working on the next issue which involves the ports where the speaker is plugged into. (Pictured above) One of the little latches that hold the positive and negative wires has broken off. Does anyone know how to get these in and out? I should be able to 3d print a replacement but I want to see what they look like and don't want to break another trying to get it out.

This thing is Push Type Speaker Connectors
You can find in shop for electronics parts in your town, or buy from internet.
But first, you must open back case and see what type is your connector.
