Picked up m90w . Was left outside by previous owner. Shell kind beat up.does play thru radio. But it's distorted. Tape transport not working - deal with that later. Mostly concerned with sound quality. If i rotate balance left or right the volume cuts out . If left in center hear distorted buzzing sound. Worse with bass turned up. Tried using tuner cleaner on rheostats. Helped somewhat. Think might have bad potor two. Wondering where to start. Any help be appreciated.
