Does anyone know the difference between the GE 3-5252 and 3-5253?

I recently got both models in a killer 20-piece collection I picked up for $500, but info in limited. I’ve found a little bit about the 5252 online, it seems to be more common, but the 5253 is almost nonexistent. They look nearly identical, aside from very slight color variations, so
what is the difference exactly?
