You can use long nose pliers to break edges or exato knife to cut then when you replace you can remelt other prongs with solder iron ;-) good luck :thumbsup:

A solder iron with a big flat tip and you essentially "cut" that plastic weld off, or get a tiny butane torch lighter and heat up the plastic welds while prying up gently on the speaker. OR, you could try to drill the "head" of the weld off :-/ .
