For me, collecting boxes is just one part of the equation. The other part is the satisfaction that comes from fixing or restoring the boxes, without which the hobby gets old fast (at least for me).

We've all seen your boomboxes.

Now, show us the equipment or gear that you use to whip them into shape!

I'll start with mine.

Toledo, OH!
My old man gave me a similar Tektronix oscilloscope when I was in highschool. With all my moves it got left behind.
I really need to get one again, great tools. I might need a refresher to remember all the functions though it's been a while. :dunce:

I'm in the same boat as most here, I have a nice Fluke meter and a bunch of hand tools.
Nice collection Super dupe, its,well.........Superduper. :w00t: :w00t:

The big stuff is in the cellar, but here a few smaller "boombox repair helpers". :-)

60´s PHILIPS multimeter, 70´s BBC-GOERTZ multimeter and my first digital multi bought in the 80´s.
Check the senceless Quarz clock at it. :dunce:

A few old circuit testers and a smarttest for quick usage outdoors

SIRAN power supply and little signal injector

russian wavegenerator, GRUNDIG service generator, selfmade control unit

My proud:
New in box multimeter. I got it as present when the Philips Service Center closed down. :-/

And at flea i found this NORMA isolation tester

To be continued.... ;-)
