you know i dont know why this boombox is not more popular than it is.
it has the jvc one piece classic sound biophonic superb tuner.
the woofers are the same size as the m70.
yes it is not as bassy or loud as a m70,but it is really nice and just a great boombox.

yeah i actually had two for while. got them both from the same dude at a flea market. sold one. both of them had tape issues.
you know they are really cool.
i mean they put out so much volume that you think its gotta be broken or going to be.
they dont have tons of bass.
they really are kinda special. mine also has issues with the membrane but it is in really good shape for what it is.

Nice Stuff...you have similar stuff to what I like.

Also be aware that forum owners cannot call dibs....new rule...decision final.

Thats a nice disco robo! Does it take 10 or 12 D cells?
thanks.
it takes twelve d batteries.
its super heavy and it has the coolest echo of any boombox i have had with a echo. its very lee scratch perry sounding when it is on.

Nice collection Bill!!
I love the Sony FH-7! Wow!
I like your taste in boomboxes.
Nice-& thanks-GB. :-D
thank you .
the bigger sonys are extremely nice too,but the fh-7 is really a well made unit. enough eletronic glitz to be neat but not so much that when the ligh show goes out the box is a boat anchor.
to me this series of boomboxes have to be heard to be appreciated.
they are exotic three piece units and cost a lot of cash back in the day.
