OK, WGM members......

The Sharp VZ club......Owners of boomboxes that are probably the only ones to have Auto-Reverse turntables!

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

So, as from today, who is in the VZ club......?

List which ones you have, and even if you like......Pics.

Myself?

I have a VZ-2000............VZ-2500 BSLT.............and VZ-3000

OK, your turn! List your VZs.

-BoomBoxDeluxe.

P.S. You score extra points if you have a VZ-2500 that has the large BSLT lettering on the turntable door !!! :-D

You're also top of the VZ-club if you have the Ultimate VZ Grail.......a RED VZ-V20 !!!!!!! :w00t: :w00t:

Hey BBDeluxe, What is a WGM member??? :hmmm:
I see that you use it frequently.

Also I wish I had a VZ. I'm not that cool though.

Id take the one with red speakers, not sure the model # or the all red version. That thing is off the chain!!! :w00t:  :w00t:

Peace,

:agree: I was wondering the same thing. Maybe I missed it. The Sharp VZ series is still in my distant radar for sure.

Never been sure about whether I want one of these or not :-/

I guess if it was at the right price I might be tempted, but at the very least I'd be interested to hear one :sin:

I have always been integued by the vz but i have read so many reviews stating the sound is poor .
Interesting.... When I received my VZ-2000, My jaw dropped in shock from the sheer size which is much more impressive in real life than in pictures, then I pulled a muscle lugging into my workshop. Finally, was pleasantly suprised at the sound which I thought was terrific. Very loud, sound is full and clear, strong tight bass, fully consistent with the size of this beast. If you've ever listended to the RX-7700, you'll know what I'm talking about. The massive size of the cabinet more than makes up for the smallish woofers.

Thanks geoff.
The discs are demo's yes but they are actually for
Sharps Optonica brand. They are black on the other side
with the Optonica logo and i think they may have been for
Sharps free standing BSLT turntables.

But i thought the red and blue on the Sharp labelled
side was perfect for the VZ's !
