walkman help

could anyone tell me what is wrong when the unit cannot play the cassette at a constant speed? it often speeds itself up and down so the music changes speed too

I think the motor is not getting the same power all the time or the motor needs to be adjusted in the rear of the motor there should
Be a small hole you could stick a precision flathead screwdriver in
And turn it to the right first to speed up or left to speed down.
Also it could be the belt slipping and you then need to change it.
