CD on a RV-DP200 (Kaboom)

... cosmetically care-worn & with a dodgy CD player.
It spins up the disc then says no disc. I'll bet it's an easy fix, but I'll be damned if I know where to start.

Any ideas?

i have one with the same problem but i have not delve into it yet i belive that i may end up swaping the inarards with one that works just the lens parts that is mostly the part that goes bad,, i belive a cheap jvc cd boombox might have that same mechanism i have seen most to share the same parts
