Last time there was´nt many boxes at flea.
The only interesting unit i´ve seen was an 3piece PANASONIC with toploader CD.
I have seen such unit a few times before, most too expensive. So i leaved it first and went around. After 1 hour before going home, i passed it again and stopped.
Checking with the eyes (today no power connection there). Hm, what do you want for it?
15 euros
Oh, that´s a good price. Is it fully working?
Yes, everything is working well! I guarantee for it!
Ok, normally such words are worth nothing.
But this dealer is every flea there, so he would´nt cheat to me.

Took it, parted it, stored at my scooter and drove home.
And that´s it:

Here are 20euros at the table
Pana, 4 CDs and the funny red tranny

This unit with the active speakers owns much bass

And the dealer was ok. Everything works fine

The power of it is a hammer. Also the weight... :dunce:

Finally a detail pic of it

First i want to leave it. But now i´m happy to get it. :dj-party:

I love it, and I'm thrilled you decided to get it! You did the right thing.

And if I love it, then you can be sure redbenjoe will go positively bonkers over it!! :w00t: He's been trying to talk me into buying one of these units for months. He thinks they're the best thing since sliced bread. And I have no doubt he's right!!!

Thanks boys! :surf:
Only sad, the remote is missing.
Must try if it works on a universal-remote. :hmmm:

The bass is not so strong like a kaboom, but for a square box the best i´ve heared till today. :angelic:

Universal remotes work but it is sketchy. Most universals are designed to work with home systems and the RX-DT680 shares a few keys with some of the common functions but won't always work right. (CD key might operate the FM radio or something.) The remotes come up fairly often on eBay and since they are small and light international shipping shouldn't be a deal breaker. :-D
