it was easier to identify the background box,that`s a
polyvox-rg800 IBBN 7-13102,
aka:jvc#-rc636 IBBN 7-02346

It almost looks like a copy of the Panasonic RX-4950. :-/ Too bad I don't know the National number. Sorry, Jens.

That`s true Bobby -first i thought so as well,

but have a closer look at the cassette drive keys,they are different.

they seem to be like those from the 4675 or the 4945.
only 5 keys with integrated record knob...

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I've searched through my stash and no luck. A few that are close, but no exact match. It's definitely in the RX-4000 family, but that's as close as I can get. Sorry. :sad:
