In my storage was the same box, max brought me from Berlin.
First i only wanted to part it, because tape not working, buttons missing and very dirty

But i liked this unit very much from the meeting
It´s a perfect cruising box.
So let´s open it:

It´s quite easy to work on it.
The tapedeck holds only with clips and ist screwed down with the backside of the box

The servocontrolled tape is nice :afro:

Ok, together now.
But the missing buttons looks

Hey, nearly forgotten.
Found on flea an big rampaged amp with the same buttons... :w00t:

left tapedeck is dead.
So take off 2 buttons...
Fits!
And a big clean up.
Here it is:

But i want a littlebit an new style. :sin:
So wait a moment.... ;-)

Seen that NIPPON box with the arrows in the speakers.
Love that style.
So...

Here comes the Super Sound :-D

arrows are the "S"

and the rest in blue

here we go

hm , the blue is a little weak... :hmmm:

so with a littlebit white adding :angelic:

also the mics and the holes are now black
Out in the sun:

comparo with the "max" box :-D

It´s no good painting job.
But just for a little more fun on the streets. :breakdance:

Toledo, OH!
:-D Good job Roman!
Your lucky you were able to find spare keys that fit!
I guess it pays to have a big collection!

Just noticed the bolts! Very creative!
I didnt realize it was supposed to be the "S", I thought you must have wrote in your language!

Nice work Roman, definitely adds cool character to the box.
:agree:

Once the white outline was added to the blue, the letters really "popped." :breakdance:

Hello all, i'm new here. We had a little talk with Roman about this box on OTHER site, but maybe someone would like to see my mod's version here to. Here's the pic:

Interesting idea and nice job, Roman, btw.

Well done again, Roman. I had little nice touch with Austria yesterday. A beatbox band Bauchklang were performing at one local lithuanian festival. We had lot's of cool artists there, but that quintet was simply off the chain! ;-)
