from what it says in the listing thay just used the reel tape cases but put new metal tape on them

I wonder if that is really true though. You would definitely know for sure if you put the tape in an auto-sensing deck. :yes:

thats true, it sounds like they are introducing some new tape brand and have the reel tapes as a promotion, the listing goes on to say what tapes they copied for there regular production.

I'm curious about these... so I just bought a blue one... If its loaded with Maxell Metal formulation tape, it can't be all bad!
