Bought this one from an ebay seller in Russia so was a bit hesitant.
He had alot of feedback all 100% so I took a chance but I am so happy as it is fully working and looks like new.
It is the japan version with the TV tuner too which works fine for my local FM stations.

thanks guys yes it was not cheap but it is like new and works like new and sounds excellent.
