Wondering whats the biggest collection youve seen or heard about. Friends tell me i have to be up there, but at 70-ish i imagine there are much bigger collections. In the states? Abroad?
This might be a tired topic, but a search didnt turn up anything.

Also most commonly asked questions from visitors:

“Do they all work?!”
“Have you played them all at the same time”

I know member, Radiohier, has quite the impressive collection. However, Craig (nz boom) from New Zealand had 300 boomboxes in his collection in 2016. I know he sold quite a few since then though.

Ha-Ha! Great Q: how do you synchronize to play all bboxes in your boom-room DSOTM!?
I have a dozen, a few still dead but already feel like I have one too many!

I'm quite sure gsbadbmr (Gordie) has the biggest. Easily somewhere between 500 - 1,000, if not more.

And knowing GordIE, I'd say that 900 of the 1,000 are Conion C100s. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Sure i ve got a collection but not this big as Samovar says.
There are collectors out there that have many many boomers in their possesion .
Many of them are keeping it low and I have in mind a few but I wont name them
maybe they wouldnt like their name mentioned.

Pretty sure Craig had counted over 400. But yes he's sold quite a few.

My buddy in p.a. bashingu, has over 350 boxes in his attic, but its almost impossible to see them because he guards his collection like a ****ing apache helicopter . he got 2 of my capital boxes in that dammed collection and of course he has to pose those 2 right in front of the never ending collection you wouldn't believe.
