Am I mistaken, or nobody has posted anything on movie "Ready player one"?

I mean, the film is riddled with things from 80's and there is at least one moment when one Sharp is star of the show! By the way, I suggest you read a book - it is much better than the movie.

P.S I think I have a thing for Sharps, probably because I do not have any Panasonic from 80's.

Did Sharp ever make a model like that with an EQ next to the deck?  Needs more knobs and buttons though.

Agreed, the book is much better but i still enjoyed the movie. I think this is an enhanced Sharp based on the GF7600

Shure it does look like GF-7600, after all, it is only a cartoon... well almost.

Yes, it is supposed to be a GF-7600. The way the box is being held is a reference to the movie Say Anything, which featured that model box.
