Noob in NJ

Hello All,

I've been hunting/buying boomboxes for a few months and wanted to get in here and learn about them from the folks that know. I have wanted to get into collecting boomboxes for a long time, but decided to wait until I was done moving around all the time per Uncle Sam's orders. Household goods don't really get treated well during moves and didn't want to start a collection that was just gonna get ruined from time to time.

So far I have the following boxes:

Sharp-8989
Sanyo M-X650K
Audiologic SCR-3466
Toshiba RT-8890S
JVC RC-880JW

They all need a little loving' but that's why I like it.
